Architect, real estate valuer & consultant, and project manager specializing in sustainable construction and IT projects (smart cities).

Big fan of new technologies, besides Architecture (Politecnico di Milano), he has also studied “Project Management” (NKUA – National Kapodistrian University of Athens), Computer Science (Politecnico di Milano), and “Smart City” Design & Applications (Ohio State University & University of Pennsylvania).

He participates in many related projects and partnerships aiming to upgrade cities with applications of IoT, smart sensors for data capturing, mining and analysis systems in order to modernize and develop techniques and topics relative to the sustainability of large urban centers.

Since 2008 he has been involved in the management of luxury properties in the short-term rental industry. Applying the “property branding” method, he promotes the properties in the global luxury real estate market by creating strong brand names for luxury properties.

President of PASYDA (Greek Association of Property Managers), and host of seminars and lectures on property management & internet promotion with technologies based on social media and targeted advertising.

His aim as president of PASYDA is to get the Property Manager profession recognized in Greece. To achieve that, he collaborates with NKUA (National Kapodistrian University of Athens) by organizing a series of educational and training programs for the certification of Property Managers.
