Fofi Paschalidou was born in 1973 in Thessaloniki. She is married with 1 child. She studied at the Technological Educational Institution in Thessaloniki and got a degree as a Civil Infrastructure Engineer. She has a long experience as a real estate consultant (valuations, studies, property & market research, investment analysis, property and market research, etc).
She is a fluent speaker of the Greek, English and French languages. She is a member of ELIE, AVAG Member of the THE EUROPEAN GROUP OF VALUERS’ ASSOSIATIONS (TEGoVA-REV).
She has written a number of articles for the Thessaloniki and North Greece markets and for the implementation of the International Accounting Standards which have been published to local financial newspapers and magazines. She has also participated and coordinated many conferences and seminars for real estate.
She has been in charge of several projects assigned by clients such as Hyatt Regency Hotel & Hyatt Regency Casino, Flamingo Casino, Aloumil, Bendora, Allatini, ATE Bank, OTE, Siemens, Alpha Retail Parks, Hellenic Republic Development Asset Fund, THPA, Red Cross etc.
She joined Danos company in 1999 and her current position from 2007 is Thessaloniki Office Director of Danos – An Alliance member of BNP PARIBAS Real Estate Chartered Surveyors. Her employment record includes:
