Maximos Kalatzis is an architect, an entrepreneur, a real estate professional. Co-owner and co-founder of Makt, a real estate development company with over 20 years of successful continuous presence in the international market.

He specializes in various different real estate sub-fields, in development, management and financial analysis. Over the years, he was in charge of the architectural design in diverse residential and commercial projects and furthermore led the construction management in many of them.

Maximos earned a Master of Architecture from the Technical University of Vienna and attended the University of Economics of Vienna.
