Dimitris supervises operations in northern Greece relating to Agency, Retail, Capital Markets, Corporate Real Estate, Development Advice and Property Advisory Services. He is responsible for supporting local, domestic and international client requirements in Thessaloniki and northern Greece.
He has almost 25 years’ experience in Greek real estate and has acted on many capital and lease transactions in Northern Greece, especially in Thessaloniki. Among them stand out the letting and sale of the “Limani Center” office complex and the letting of the “Mediterranean Cosmos” and “Pantheon Plaza” shopping centres. He has also acted in more than 100 important retail, office and industrial-logistics transactions, and has advised large developers such as as the Thessaloniki Port Authority, Helexpo-TIF, Technopolis and ThessIntec. In 2020-2021 he acted for a US pharmaceutical that leased an 11,000 sqm conversion project in Eastern Thessaloniki.
Before joining Atria, Dimitris worked in for Toyota Hellas, trained and worked in the Mc Donald’s franchise training program (Unet S.A.).
