Stavros is an Associate Director in the Development Management team. He has a civil engineering background with more than 15 years of experience in infrastructure and buildings construction projects.

Stavros has assumed a series of construction site and project management roles from planning and design to works contract management and commissioning. Since joining Arbitrage Real Estate, he has been involved in various office upgrades and fit-out projects both in Thessaloniki and Athens and has also worked on major hotel resort renovations projects across Greece. He is also serving key international investment clients in pre-acquisition technical due diligence engagements.

In the past, he worked as site manager for Intrakat and VIOTER in Thessaloniki, managing highway, building and bridge construction projects.

He holds a BEng in Civil Engineering from Portsmouth University, an MSc in Construction Economics & Management from University College London and an Executive MBA from the International Hellenic University.
