Biography
Natalia Strafti is a founding member and holds the position of Managing Partner in Grivalia Management. She is also part of the management team of Grivalia Hospitality. In the period between 2014 – 2019, she was Chief Operating Officer of Grivalia Properties REIC and before that since June 2008, she had been the Head of Investments and Asset Management of the listed entity.
Through her various roles, she has overseen a significant number of investments exceeding €1,5 billion euro in all asset classes of commercial real estate, including major redevelopment projects of modern, green certified office buildings, in addition to high end hospitality developments. She has significant experience in the management of high value assets in Greece and southeastern Europe, as well as negotiations of significant contracts with high quality tenants, hotel operators, developers, contractors, financial, legal and technical advisors. In the last few years, she has overseen the portfolio management of residential and REO assets, targeting to turn them from cost to profit centers. She was part of the team which managed Grivalia’s IPO and thereafter was heavily involved in the implementation of various successful share capital increases and placements of renowned international institutional investors. She was a member of Grivalia’s Sustainability Committee, and sits in the ULI GR Sustainability Council. She worked in the real estate sector of the EFG Eurobank Group since April 2000, as Deputy Head of Advisory and Asset Management and as an Investment Analyst before that.
She is a graduate from the London School of Economics and Political Sciences and holds a Diploma in Valuation and Real Estate from the Greek Institute of Valuation in collaboration with the Association of Sworn Valuers.
