Theofilos Kyratsoulis holds the position of the General Manager at MINDHAUS, a tourism marketing strategy agency and member of V+O Greece.
Theofilos has more than 13 years overall experience in the tourism and hospitality industry, having worked with investment parties, hotel owners and developers, brands, service providers, government and the local community for the development of award winning, branded hotels and resorts as well as popular destinations.
Since 2014, he also acts as a policy advisor to SETE – Greek Tourism Confederation for tourism development issues, participating in high policy working Groups and Steering Committees.
Theofilos has served as a Development Officer at TEMES/ Costa Navarino and then at Dolphin Capital Partners, managing a €1.5 bn development pipeline. He was also the Head of Projects at TOPOSOPHY, a destination marketing agency, involved in strategic marketing and product development for the Greek Marina Association – winning the ICOMIA World Marina Conference 2018, the Athens Tourism Partnership and Taste Festivals. Theofilos is also proud to have been involved in high-end hospitality projects such as Angsana Corfu – Banyan Tree Hotels and Resorts, 5* Amada Colossos Resort, Euphoria Retreat, Amanzoe, Nikki beach at Porto Heli, One and Only Kea Island, Sani resort and Ikos resorts. Last, Theofilos spearheaded the establishment of Destination Marketing Organizations in several “sun and sea” and “adventure tourism” destinations in Greece, mainly in Crete and Central Greece.
Frequent guest speaker and influencer for trending topics in the travel and tourism industry, such as tourism investments, sharing economy, food and adventure travel, start-ups, as well as destination marketing and management. Theofilos holds an MSc in Sustainable Tourism Development from the University of Warwick as well as a BA (Hons) in Business Administration for the University of Hertfordshire. He speaks Greek, English and Russian.
